Alan Watts at a Harvard workshop told me that we can see the world is one by knowing the way of the East. That the trees breath the and create the air, that we are not a seperate ego but deeply connected to all of the living beings on the Earth and even connected to the stars. This message helps me know that the work of the people at the wellness centers of the world are all connected and that we can create healing.
